Default Live rock in a nano?

How much live rock should I get for a 10 gallon tank? Is there a certain amount you need to have in order to help your tank mature quickly? How long after I put the live rock in should I wait before introducing fish? Also, I wanted to get 2 clown fish and a anemone. Do amemone's do well in such a small tank? Do they require special lighting? I'm actually not sure what kind of lighting I have, it came in a kit with the tank, so I'll have to see if I can figure it out.
Sorry for all the questions, and thanks for any help!

i would suggest at least 10lbs of LR and 10 lbs of LS. 2 clowns and an anemone are way too big for a 10g tank. yes, anemones need special lighting of at least 4 watts per gallon. i would wait until all the water parameters are good, and when there is a good amount of coraline algae growth on the rocks. this may take up to 2-3 months.

You want 1-2 lbs/gal of LR depending on the density of the rock. Don't add fish until your tank has cycled - that could take up to 6 weeks. More rock will not make the tank cysle faster. The lighting you have is probably not enough for the anemone.

I have one clown and a rose bubble tip anenome in my 12 gallon AquaPod. He attacks my hand when I put it in there, I can't imagion what he would do if I put in another clown...they typically don't get along so well.

Buy some "Stability" (white bottle w/ blue writing) for your tank and add it with your live rock and sand it will help, but you still want to be patient...nemo will thank you for it
