Default ahhhhhh what are the light for i need all to know what all three do

what do they all do i have a 29g bio cube thanks sorry for all the post i have made lol

I'm guessing you have 3 switches:
1 is for the LED moonlights - used to give a night time look to the tank - you can leave them on all the time if you like or turn them on when the actinics go off (see below) & turn off when the actinics go on.
1 is for the daylight bulbs - run them 8 hrs or so a day.
1 is for the actinic blues - have them go on about 2 hrs before the daylights & go off 2 hrs after the daylights go off.

Hey mike I also have a 29gal OBC the moon lights are always on with this system if you do what Gary said you will be fine that kinda of time on the lights seems to work great for my tank. Good luck with the tank

It comes with a manual with everything about the lights too..just look in it!

thanks for all the great info i was also told i should run the daylight and the actinic bulb all day

That is what I was told too, until I had an excess of algae growth and asked someone who really knew what they were talking about, so now my daylight and actenic are on a timer. Do Y'all suggest getting two timers, as I have both on and off at the same time, moonglows running all the time (biocube stock installation).

2 timers works fine. Then you don't have to keep worrying about turning the lights on & off.
