i wouldnt worry about the aptasia if i was you. i have a 29gallon bio-cube and i had a bunch of it come along with the live rock. i thought it looked cool, my clean up crew took care of it though after a month or 2. just get some emerald crabs, some peppermint shrimp, some hermit crabs, and snails and you wont have to worry about it. worse case scenrio is if for some strange reason it does get to be too much, just get some JOE'S JUICE to kill the aptasia but i doubt you will have to in such a small tank.

Thanks Steve,

How long did it take for your tank to cycle? Should I feed these Aiptasia some shrimp or something.

I have a different tought on the aptasia.. ZAP it now while tank is cycling... I use a syringe without the needle so it has a fatter tip... Boil a cup of water in the microwave and add kalwasser to it so its sort of thick.. then sneak attack the aptasia and ZAP them!...It will leave a small clump or spot on the aptasia so it is sure to kill it. Then by the time your tank is cycled it should disinigrate OR take a turkey baster and blow off the extra after a coule days. =) Sometimes the CUC or peppermints wont touch them if they are too big then you have an outbreak... so do it while no fishies in tank.
