Default lighting?

I need some advice, I have a 20 gal. seahorse tank. I set it up for my wife I have just a 24" coral life t-5 on it but i want ti buy new lights. I was going to put a sunpod 250 wattt hqi metal halide fixture but i dont want to spend 250 for i t. Do you think I should get orbit pc /lunar lights square pin 2x65 watt bulbs or nova extreme t5 HO 4x24 watts with lunar lights. mostly asst leathers zoos and maybe a sps. not that big of deal but i can not decide thanks
