Default Tampa Bay Saltwater Packages

I have read good things about the packages from Tampa Bay Saltwater, Live Rock - Tampa Bay Saltwater Aquacultured Live Rock - The Package Pricing Chart , but I have some questions.

For the 25 gallon package, you get 50 pounds of live rock and 25 pounds of live sand. From what I have been reading, you should get between 1.35 and 1.75 pounds of live rock for each gallon of water (so that would only be about 33 pounds of live rock for my tank). I have also been reading that deep sand beds are very beneficial, so I would need about 80 pounds for 4 inches. If I just went with the package, would it be okay? Would you recommend the package?

The aquacultured live rock is made from mined limestone from ancient coral reefs and is much denser thar normal live rock.I am sure they wont mind selling you some extra sand. And I would go with a deepsand bed.
