Default my 10?

my 10

running a rena filstar xo on it.. i like it, that's what the plumbing is. I am going to have a 2x24w t5ho glo fixture.. HAGEN - GLO T5 HO I will hopefully be able to place an acro or two near the top. some monties and zoos. now fish on the other hand is pooping in my face because I don't know what to stock. I was thinking two neon gobies, a prawn and a pistol shrimp.. I have two black percs that I would love to put in there, but I want a goby or two (thinking I should have gone for a 20 gallon) now I'm thinking about putting both percs and a read head goby.. what do you guys think about the fish? I am using all live rock and live sand, no brainer there. clean up crew atm is 4 scarlets and 4 nass's, in the future an emerald crab and maybe a peppermint shrimp (got some of those in my 30 xtall seahorse tank). Lets see, I'm thinking about putting a small powerhead in there, but I hate the look of em in ten gallons... or any small tank for that matter. I'm using the real ocean water for water changes and the original water put in there. Distilled for top offs.
Okay here's where I want some flaming.. or conversation, what do you guys think? what do you think I can improve on? what would you do with aquascaping? what would you do with corals with my lighting? what EXACTLY (not scientifically) would you stock in it? Would you put further filtration or skimmer maybe? Anything else?
okay it's late i'm tired.. whew, long post, nite

A place on line called Fraggle reef has a little nano powerhead that is 1.5" x2" and pump 200 -250 gal. per hour. He has them on sale now for like 5 bucks i am going to use a pair in my 30 cube.

The owner says he has 2 in his 30 cube and says they have good flow, he had a video on his site with 1 pump running in a bucket
