I would think you should define where a tank stops being a nano, I would say 15 to 20 gallons.

There are a ton of nano tanks out on the market, I really dont know what one is the biggest one out there but i think a 40gal nano would be really nice and not to small.

depends on your spending limit... i would go for the CAD, finnex, or red sea if you have a lot to spend, biocube if your in the mid-range, and nanocube DX if it is low

i always thought that once you went over the 30gallon mark it was no longer a nano tank? actually, i believe in most books i think they suggest a nano being anything smaller than a 20gallon.

i have a 29gallon bio-cube. i think for the money, it was a great buy and the customer service for the company is great. they sent me 2 brand new fully loaded canopies equipped with new bulbs. the 1st replacement got damaged during shipping so they zipped another out to me in just days....gotta love that.

the red sea one is probably one of the better ones but the price is alot higher, so guess it depends on your budget. or you can just bite the bullet and go large right off the bat...i cant afford that but can only dream. you can only fit so much into a 29gallon before you go over the limit...a relative of mine just got an 8 gallon cube and less than 2 weeks later she was already angry at herself for not getting the 29gallon.

good luck with your decision.
