Default Question about sand and LR

I am going to replace my CC with LS, and was wondering if I need to put my live rock on the bottom of the aquarium, or over a small layer of LS. Was wondering this due to the fact of livestock digging under the LR. Will it hurt the glass if the LR sits on it?

Put the rock on the glass & then back fill with sand. If you put the rock on the sand & have a "digger" the rock can then shift & possibly trap something underneath it.

fill up to the rock. you can put an attachment glue down if you choose but i would not worry about the glass. just don't drop the rocks

Put the rock direct on the glass....shifting rock is DANGEROUS. If you're really worried about the rock hurting the glass you can put down aquarium pond liner to keep the rock from directly contacting the glass.
