| My guess would be bubble algae. Some quick searches should give you a ton of pictures and information on how to get rid of it. Once you have some time to take a look at bubble algae pics, let us know if that is what you have or if you have something different.

| OK i looks like a Ventricaria ventricosa 'Bubble' Alage: Selected Descriptions, Controls and Comments by Horge Cortes-Jorge, Jr. - Reefkeeping.com It says it infamous, are they bad? How do i get rid of them? Thanks |

| Or maybe a Valonia Species Algae. From the description it fits more the Valonia, but from the pictures it seems like they grow in groups. But mine is only one and on another side 2 together. |

| Yes, they are bad and can become a nuisance if you have poor water quality, but they won't spread quickly if you have good water quality. It is a very common algae that most people have encountered at one point or another. There are two main methods to get rid of them - hand harvesting them (without breaking them) and peppermint shrimp (which don't always eat them).

| Best bet is use a siphon hose to suck them out. Dislodge them with the end of the hose and they will be sucked up. Do this at a water change and you get the benefit of both things at once.
