Default Filter Question

I have a 55gal tank (3",live sand bead) (5 pounds of live rock) looking to get allot more. I have a filter question my tank come with a canister filter EHEIM big enough for tank and a hang on back non bio wheel around 300 to 400 gph with 2 carbon cartridges and power heads is this enough filtration???:confused:

PS planning on putting allot more live rock in tank, fish only system!!!
