Default proper filtration?

I have and aquaclear 150 and maxi jet 1200 flowing towards the filter. Tank is 29g. I do not use the bio-max since I have about 50 lbs LR in the tank. I change the caron every month and the foam every 2 months and rinsing it out every month.

1. Is this enough filtration?
2. Should I use the bio-max too?
3. Should I change the foam and carbon more often?

Also I was thinking of getting some LR rubble and put it in a media bag along with the other media. Good idea?

Yes it is, however just be sure to change our your filtration regularly, (at least once a month if not more) otherwise your nitrate levels will go thru the roof.

LR rubble isn't a good idea, keep the live rock in the main tank, along with live sand and a hefty protein skimmer. Doing this will greatly help keep a stable tank.
