the tank seems to be off to a good start, I would think about setting my rocks up a so they will have crevices, and hiding spots for shy fish that you may put in your tank, remember that all fish are territorial, this will benefit your fish and your rocks will have a more natural reef look.

That REALLY improves things in there. There's not even anything living in there, yet and it already looks great.

there is a HQI lighting system that is designed to fit on nanos that are 70w and 150w 14,000k kind of pricy $169 for the 70w but lets you add anything you want.

you really shouldnt add an anemone until your tank is a bit mature (6months or so), they require pristine water conditions and at least moderate lighting (T5/MH)

Please take your time with all of this or your gonna be really upset when the tank crashes, dont get mad and think I'm trying to put you down or something, I just dont wanna see you waste your $$$ or kill innocent creatures....

Did he add the anenome himself or did it grow on it's own? (Sorry if that's a newb question.)

Icon7 Re: New Stuff

Heres how it has comeout.

Orange Ric

Some blue shrooms that grew off my liverock

Cluster of coral

Yellow Tang

Green Star Polyp loved my light, this rock grew from a 1x1 inch frag

Torch coral

Frag out!

Full Tank

I'm currently working on stocking it with a few more frags then I will be adding more fish. I'm looking into an upgrade at the moment. I have purchased a skimmer for this setup and I'm considering setting up a 10 gallon sump/fuge.
