Default Getting a chiller for next summer

I live in Arizona and it gets hot. MY 90 gal tank with a 20 gal fuge would range up to 86, so i plan on getting a chiller for next year. I would like the temp to be 78. What is a good hp to get for a chiller?
1/2, 1/3, ...1/10. I would like it to be a bit overpowered so it doesnt stay on long just to cool off. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

You don't want a chiller to be too much overpowered or it will drop the tank temp too quick resulting on added stress to your livestock. For you size of tank, I'd recommend a 1/4 HP chiller, with the absolute largest being 1/3 HP.
