Default 43 gallons for reef system

I am doing research before I buy any equipment. I saw the Red Sea Max at my local salt water fish store. It is 43 gallons and I am wondering if this is to small for a reef system set up. I live in a small house and do not have much space for a larger size tank. I like this set up because it contain every thing you need. I might have to add a chiller because of the one month of really hot weather we get during late summer. I hope someone can give me some advice.

It is not too small. I have 2-12 gal cubes set up as reefs. If you have the $$$, it is definitely great cube.

I to think it is a great tank also I have a 14 gal Nano that I am working on right now, and really am enjoying it out in our kitchen. I have looked at that tank and it is a lot of $$$.

I have a 45 gal and a 12 gal nano cube set up right now, so 43 gal isn't too small. It all depends on the $ you have to spend now and in the long run maintaining the tank you choose.
Good luck to you though,

i have a 29gallon bio-cube and it is great. a 43gallon would really be nice, although i dont think my wife would like the size of that. i like the way everything is right next to each other with enough space not to crowd but when you look at the tank all you see is non-stop action from every angle. i just got a really beautiful maroon clown yesterday and he is digging his new pad.
