Default Anemone Lighting

I have a 44 Gallon pentigon tank... http://www.elmersaquarium.com/images/103_44pent_PE.jpg ... Theres my tank, and i was wondering what lighting i need for anemones, my live rock does not go all the way to the top, so i dont know what kind of lighting.

if you want it to live and be happy and not just live mh is the only way to go 150 would work great for that tank
