Default Just getting started, again

It's been about 13yrs since I had my 75gal tank w/ a sump, sterilizer and skimmer up and running. I'm about to re-enter the realm w/ the purchase of a 215gal tank and I'm trying to research the improvements in technology since then. I've noticed a steady flow of references to a "plenium" system. What is it and how does it work???
