Default Curing live rock

I have 60lbs of LR in the mail. I expect to get it tomorrow. I have a 40 can standing by full of water with a power head and a heater. Do I need anything else to be ready to cure this rock?

You'll want a protein skimmer in the can to help get rid of the contaminants coming off the LR as it cures.

A protein skimmer is completely unecessary at this point. If you are not going to cure it directly in your tank then all you need is heat and circulation.
