Default what would you buy?

hello all, just a quick question i wanted to get opinions on.....i have a great skimmer, i have 5 powerheads, great filter, decent lighting.(dont need a chiller)...was gonna add a UV sterlizer in the $150.00 price range....the tank is 180 gallons.....is their anything you would spend the money on rather then the UV sterlizer?....i have enough live rock and i have all softies, so im not getting a calcium reactor just yet.....i have a mag drive pump i forget hte model it does like 1200gph feeding the return from my sump back to the tank...which is split into a Y , then each Y is split into two returns....u think maybe i should get another pump and have one pump each for each return or is the mag drive pump adequate instead of the UV sterlizer.....i got an itching to buy something for the tank....so id like some input..lol....and please dont say corals or fish..just equipment for right now..lol....i have a seperate pocket with money buring a hole in it for that stuff..hahah.a.

thanks..

john

John, buy a controller to control all of your equipment! I have the Reefkeeper 2, was like $249 plus the PH probe. I never have to do hardly anything on my tank anymore.

You could also look at getting a automatic top off device, I have a Tunze Osmolator.

I would buy a ozonizer instead of the UV sterilizer. Many people are scared of the though of ozone, but if used properly, they are much nicer than UV sterilizers. They help break down waste and your skimmer will pull out the stinkiest skimmate and your water will be crystal clear. Ask anyone that used ozone their thoughts. I don't know of many people that have switches from ozone to UV.
