Your royal gramma didn't like that six line wrasse. I wouldn't suggest putting another one in there, I have the same problem, my royal gramma is always picking on my six line wrasse but I have a 75 gallon aquarium so there is more room for them to get along. Royal Gramma's are sometimes very aggressive
