| Sounds like a plan can you post pictures of your build? 5 Baffles seems like it may be to much did I miss something? Maybe your design but it sounds like it is in order in which it will work the way it is supposed too! MS Paint can be used to show us your design. Please take some pictures of your build as you go. we all would like that! Thanks and good luck!

| Should I eliminate a baffle I assumed the more is better to eliminate bubbles. Any advice on working with PVC? should I take off the flexable tubing coming out of my overflow and change it to PVC ![]() Last edited by phunkie99; 04-30-2007 at 10:51 PM. |

| Is this your design? Most that I have seen show 4 baffles. Your choice in skimmers will definitely make a difference bubbles as well. Great drawing! ![]()

| It is my design (I guess) I have been looking at a lot of different set ups and I liked this one. With just four baffles would it be 3 then 1 or 2 then 2? Skimmer is a Euro-Reef RS80 extruded Euro-Reef RS-80 Protein Skimmer - Extruded Acrylic - Marine Depot - Marine and Reef Aquarium Super Store |

| That Skimmer gets good reviews I am not familar with it though. Thanks for showing us your design. 4 baffles seems like enough maybe someone else can shed more insight on having 5? ![]()
