Default newbie starting a 20 g FOWLR

I'm in for a challenge so I,m gone start a 20g FOWLR the only thing that is confusing for me is that i don't now what skimmer to get for a 20g can you give me some names or websites where i can find them
and how many watts of light do I need to grow some corals ??

well the rule for thumb is 5 watts per gallon but it rellay depends on depth. also just go for 2 nano fission protien skimmers at saltwaterfish.com.

You don't need a skimmer for a 20 Gal. tank unless you plan to overfeed or grow SPS. Honestly, I see them as more of a hassle than what they are worth for such a small tank. Regular water changes of 10 - 15% will be more than ample.

well u actually should just not get a skimmer when u do ur water changes it will take the organic waste

Stay away from that nano fission skimmer, Its been rated as a POS...

/agreed small tanks = less equipment 90% of the time. Don't over complicate things. on a side note omg someone agreed with me /dies
