Default Biocube Lighting Custom Kitttt

Is a 3x36 watt lighting fixture with 108 watts going to be sufficient enough for corals/anemones in a 29 gallon biocube? It measures 19 inches deep but is only 16 due to the sandbed. It will have 1 10000k daylight, 1 50/50, and 1 actinic. It's only 69.99 and i'll be buying it tonight probably so i need responses ASAP!!! Next week I get 2 wild clownfish and a bubble anemone!!!
