no2 over 10
no3 over 200
total hardness 240
salinity 1.025

is this normal and what is total hardness

It looks like you are in to the cycle You should see your No2 drop to 0 soon then your no3 should folow in the next fue days . I gessing you are using LR and LS my total hardness runs a little higher around 450 , your total alkalinity is way low should be higher, are you using a buffer ? and ph just a little low , but I dont think it will stay that way if you dont fix the alkalinity. Take some watter in to your LFS and see what thay say.

C'mon, no sarcasm. Too much confrontation during the last week. We can offer useful suggestions without it. Break time. I would just wait a little while, you have just finished week 1.
