Default 10 day water test nitrites 0...Advice

After 10 days my amonia and nitrites are 0. My nitrates are less than 20. ph is 7.5. Alkalinity is about 140. salinity 1.025

I kept the lights out for the first week, I have no algae in the tank or on the sand. Water is crystal clear, smells really clean.

This is my first saltwater tank so I really don't know if everything is going ok or not. According to everything I read it's going really well....maybe too well. 10 days just doesn't seem long enough. Am I missing something here? Please give me some advice..

the ph seems a bit low to me. are you planning on keeping a mixed reef (corals and reef safe fish) or a pred tank, or FOWLR tank?? are you using a protein skimmer, if so what brand? 10 days is a bit on the short side if its going to be a reef. do you have any LR in the tank, and are you using LS or CC??

LS-live sand
LR-live rock
CC-crushed coral
