| Re: cycling question I think its a day or two. Did you use two shrimp? And you could always just check your level see what your Am is at. |

| Re: cycling question They say use one piece per 30 gallons. It all depends on how much he used I think. If he just used 2 pieces it should be good to go in 2 days |

| Re: cycling question give it a few days. I wouldn't even bother testing for a week or so. Patience... Let nature take it's course. Go ahead and test after a week and I'm sure you'll see positive numbers on all readings. Then wait another week and see what it looks like. Then another week after that. Once it zeros out, go ahead and wait another week and make sure things stayed steady and if they have, you can start shopping for life. I know we're all in a hurry to end the cycle and get started but it's nothing but beneficial the longer you wait. |
