I have a 55gal wth a sump underneath. I am PSkimmer also & alot of live rock. Should I clean my sump at all? Should I have argonite in it?

Well, I don't know if you need to clean the sump< I never do and everything seems fine....but I do change the filters within it so they don't get gunked up...and it should help control the nitrates
