It looks like some kind of deposit on the glass ive tried red vinegar and water and scraping with a razor dosent work either any help would be great thanks.

never mind im guessing outside lol. try white vinegar mixed with water. whats the color of the deposite? is your tank leaking? did your buy it used? did you use a chemical that you shouldnt have?

Its inside the tank no chemicals were used to my knowledge its like a white soap scum tried Red, White vinegar and a Razor wont scratch it off.

i have heard of sum cases were the salt mix will harden on surfaces if not mixed with enough current. with that said do you have power heads moving water around? otherwise im kinda out of clues!

Is this a crusty line at the water line or a white film? If crusty, try soaking a paper towel with the vinegar (don't mix it with water) & let it sit on the glass for a while. Vinegar is a very weak acid to begin with & diluting it makes it even weaker.
