Default Q-tip like growth lil help

Hey all sorry the pic is not great but.. It seems to me it looks like a Q-tip end with a hollow tube in the middle. They are only growing on one peice of LR that has a red feather duster on it(for now). I do have some aiptasia in the tank i know what it looks like and this not it. any help would be great. any help with where to look to identify..

i dont think so. im not even sure if you can tell gender with them. all i know is i had my tank up for 4 months without him and had none of these, added him in and the next day had 2 in the front of the tank. i saw him tending to them one night after feeding and asked my good friend who is a marine biologist and he sad that it could be an egg dipositor for the female crab. he is assuming i have a female because of this type of behavior! but i dont know, i was just seeing if anybody else had this happen!
