Default How To Post Pictures

Does anyone know how you upload the pictures onto the site? I get all the way thru, then get a message: can't support this file yet. I've checked- the size is right, so what gives? Please help

Theres a site called imageshack you can download there toolbar and the its easy going. Hit the upload button browse your pics click the one you want it will take you to a page with the codes for the pics copy and paste. this is just one of many ways.
