| I'm gessing the socks are conected to the overflows. I made a pic of what I would do . But take in to fact that there are a lot of other way's. Look at this link to get some idea's Melevsreef.com | Acrylic Sumps & Refugiums Here is what I would do . You could drill holes in rather then cuting just make them the same height as the other balkheads . Like I said before I'm not saying it is right but what I would do.
