Default Pictures of tank and questions about water flow equipment needed

Here are pictures of the tank as it is now. The white stuff will be scrubbed/scraped off shortly.
Plan is to have a reef tank - DSB and lots of LR. Want LR along the sides of the tank to make a couple of coves.

I will be making a spray bar to go along the back and sides. The direction of the spray will be up, at a 45 degree and some along the bottom...

Lr will be an inch or so away from the sides for easy cleaning and water flow...

Existing stuff (still not sure the proper name sof this stuff ) SEIO 1100gph powerhead(?) in each corner attached by suction cups.

4 directional flow heads (?) coming down from the top - I dont like those as it will be hard to hide...

First is the center of the tank - see the directional flow coming down from the top? Dont like it...

Left side of tank, shows about 1/2 of the tank

Thanks for the advice -
