When adding live rock you have to take out some water so it wont overflow. And after i add the rocks do i add distilled water back in because the salt is still in or can i just add the salt water i bought?

Schultz, consider it a water change, distilled water for evaporation, salt mix water to replace salt mix water.Steve

i dont really understand the question but, hopefully this helps, i would take out some water from the tank and add the rock... if it's a new tank, u can probably add the water back, if needed, that u took out... if there's already life in the tank, i would say put new water... might as well get a change done at the same timealso, to reduce cost, i would start buying salt and water and mixing myself... saves a whole lot of money, especially if your lf rips u off like mine tries to do... LoL... by the way, this may be a stupid ? but u do have salt water currently in the tank right??? i'm just asking cause u said u wanted to put just distilled water back...
