Im a big fan of dont buy it untile you need it. I have put zero suppliments into my tank and I have zoos, capnellas, frogspans, brains leathers, ricordias, BTA and dusters. Now my BTA did die but that was because of poor shipping. It never recoverd. Only thing in my tank that is a tad low is calcium and its at 380. gloves tweezers and all that stuff just isnt neccesary. If you want to spend money by all means...I would get it up and running start testing then see what your tank needs. FYI I replaced my bio balls with lr rubble.

Test kit for Calcium, Nitrite, Nitrate and Amonia will be good for a start. 1 GFI power strip ( for lights and pump ) 2 timers with grounding prongs (for lights) 1 Grounding probe ( safety against shorts ) 1 cheap Turkey Baster ( blow off rocks, clean up detritus and spot feed critters ) Are you going to be using a protein skimmer in your pod?

A grounding probe grounds your tank in case of a short circuit usually in a pump. You put them directly in your tank and ground the other end to your receptacle. Its very easy just follow the instructions. Very important safety issue for you and your critters. They cost $10-$15 at your LFS Did I see a thermometer in your list. You will need one of them.
