Default substrate going brown

Hi, my tank setup is now 3 weeks old, and my substrate is suddenly going brown at a fast rate.Temp 79F PH 1.022, Ammonia 0.25, nitrate and nitrite both 0, is this normal?
Tank is 150cm x 600cm x 70cm V1500 skimmer(bringing out yellowish smelly liquid)
20kg live rock
return from sump Newjet 2300
Power head Aquaclear 70
Sump Foam followed by bio balls and skimmer.
Heating 2 x 300W
Fish 3 damsels.

This is called a diotom bloom that is typically telling you it's nearing the end of cycling. It will disappear usually in a few days to less then a week. Unless you are using tap water at which point it will continue on forever. One way to speed up the bloom ending is to turn off your lights for 2 days or so.

Thanks Steven, I feel stupid now because I just read the (read this first post) which explains all about diotoms.
