Default adding livestock too fast?

I know that you should usually add livestock one at a time and then let the tank sit for a while as it steadies itself after adjusting for the added bioload. This is mainly for fish, but does it also apply to corals?

I believe I'm finished adding fish and inverts, but would like to add as many more corals as I can find room for. Is there a rule of thumb as to how many I can add at one time? I'll probably order then online and would like to pay shipping only once, if possible.

You can add as many corals as you want at once.

I don't think it applies to corals, but I could be wrong. Rather new, but I remember ready similar posts where people said you can add coral with out a problem.
