Default CPR BakPak

Well I just got a Used CPR BakPak skimmer and was wondering what is the best way to clean the thing before I put it on.. I need to buy a collection cup which isnt a problem, but until that gets here I was going to clean it all up first or should I just leave it be? Thanks

Matt
