Default Q regarding sea anenome

Hello all. I have a question regarding my sea anenome. I have a 29 gal tank with two damsel fish (one being a clownfish) and my sea anenome. I also have a peppermint shrimp (who hides all the time, I don't even know if he is still alive) and quite a few turbo shrimp. My water parameters have all been stable and temps seem to be wnl.

My sea anenome is sometimes quite large and other times seems to shrink quite a bit...sometimes the tentacles seem to "go flat" or deflate or something...Is this normal? It is a lighthing issue? a feeding issue?

Any suggestions would be appreciated...

TIA!
