| Ken,report immediatly to becky for 20 lash's lol.Put it in a very slow flow area of the tank. GENTLY!!!!!!!!!!! |

| I would like to take this opportunity to point out to all who are reading this.QtT's are not a tomorrow thing. If you have one fish it should have gone thru a QT on his way home. Then you would have one for something that has to come out of the tank. |

| I perched a Xenia frag which came with bobble algae. I added a Emerald Crab and in a week it was gone. But now I have a Emerald Crab to feed.

| Hmmmm You don't necessarily need a QT for this one. I have a couple of bubble algae, ventricaria on my base rock in the back of my tank. I am not happy about it. Extremely small bubbles that would more than likely burst if I tried to fart with it too much. But you have a very moveable piece of rock there. You could set yourself up with the bucket you do water changes in, with a few gallons of your tank water (might be a good idea to get water ready for a water change now because the water in the bucket is not going back in. You can arm yourself with a siphon and a toothbrush in case something should burst. Give it a nice rinse in RO or fresh saltwater (again nothing that will go into your tank). Ryan has used syringes in the past and sucked out the spores from the valonia...ask him if that has remained successful. But I am seeing more than one bubble algae. Valonia is softer to the touch, that bright green stuff probably has a harder shell. I've read those who have used wooden kitchen tweezers and carefully rocked those loose. Heck, I don't know, sooner or later I will get a very small emerald crab. |

| Update....Bubble algae gone. I had a bucket with my tank water in it. Also a cup. I held the plug with one hand and picked off the bubble algae with tweezers in the other. I kept dipping my frag in the bucket to make sure he stayed wet. Then when all was gone, (it took a while cus i didnt want to damage the Zoas) i dipped it a few times in the cup of untainted tank water. Then i held the frag over the bucket and siphon water from my tank over it to give it a good rinsing. They are now back in and opening. Got my fingers crossed! |

| Your zoos are very hardy. I would seriously consider pulling the rock out of the tank, and removing the bubbles however you can; with tweezers, toothbrush, razor, and LOTS of rinsing with tank water.

| Jason, i love the first one you posted. So i went to pick up another frag, and i guess the owner is very picky about which he sells, the clerk there couldnt set me up with something he knew for sure was for sale. i was sad cus there was a couple i really liked! |
