Default My 55gallon Tank Video with a WTH!!!

Well here is my 55 gallon tank that has been going for about 7 months now. Not shown is a banded goby that got its face sucked into the hole on the maxi jet 1200 not sure if he is going to make it. Also not shown is a green clown goby that I havent seen for like 2-3 days??? and 1 more cleaner shrimp and snail. My question is this, what is on my pre-filter box shown at the end of the video??? They are on both sides and also all over on the inside.

Has anyone else had a fish disappear and never been seen again? I dont know what happend to my green clown goby as I have had hime for like 4 months and now havent seen him? And has anyone else had a problem with a fish getting sucked into the little hole by the nossle of the maxi jet 1200? But anyways tell me what you guys think I know it needs more work but Im getting there. My skimmer is a CPR BackPack 2r and my filter is penguin 330 for now with about 60-65lbs live rock.

A picture might be a little better. Kinda hard to tell with a movie.

It is pretty dark. Could be little pineapple sponges.

I like the yellow clown goby. I haven't seen any healthy ones around the LFS for quite some time.

I don't like it when I have not seen my fish for awhile. Gobies can be shy, especially if you had to aquascape recently. My guess is that it died and the CUC took care of the body.

Yeah that is what I am thinking about the green clown goby, Im guessing that he is gone. I will try and get a better video to post tonight that might be a little more clear. I have had those sponge little things for ahwhile and just didnt know if they are good or bad. It is a new video camera so trying to find the best way to set it up for the fish tank.

If they are sponges, they will come and go. But I would clean them out of your equipment.
