anyone know of a good website that sells complete set up's with tank and stands or just a site that sells both that will deliver to your door?

I have not looked into these at all. But may be worth the suggestion.
Great Lakes Aquariums. You may want to check them out. I know they are huge in Michigan, but don't know if they ship.
