Default Hair Algea!!

im starting to get alot of hair algea on my live rock, the tanks been up since august and theres a false percula clown, a yellow tail damsel, and a yellow tang. its a 55 gallon with about 45lbs of live rock. there are 2 powerheads, a fluval 305 canister filter(i know nitrtes), a skimmer, a heater, and calcium carbonate sand. how do i get rid of this hair algea suggestions?

I am not very good at this stuff yet but for the people that are you are probably going to want to post all of your tank parameters. It will help them see if anything is wrong chemistry wise. Also, I didnt see anything about a Clean Up Crew. That may help out with the algae.

If you tank water paramters are all in check, and it's just the hair algae (same problem I had), one of two fish can clean this up pretty good. The lawmower blenny & the a rabbitfish (foxface). I have an 80 ga reeff tank, and had a ton of hair algae on my rock. I added my first fish, lawnmower blenny, and he did a good job of cleaning it up some. He would only eat the hair algae on one side of the tank though. After about a month, I still had hair algae on the rock on the other side of the tank, and I added a Yelow Spot Foxface. Within a week, all of my hair algae was gone. I also added 2 lettuce nudibrach. All in all, the Foxface did the best job eating it the fast, and he has not touched any of my corals.
