Does anyone live in minnesota (twin cities area) that wouldnt mind helping fix my screwed up salt water tank.

well I have 150 gallon 48x24x31 70 pounds of live sand 40 pounds of sand. 60 pounds of live rock. My ph 8.1 ammonia .25 salinty 1.024. I am probley just wanting it done to fast. I havent added fish yet. I will soon but i want to make sure all my levels are good. I know i shouldnt have any ammonia in the tank and thats what bothers me.

Why wouldn't you have any ammonia? You will if you're still cycling the tank. It actually looks fine for the beginning of a cycle...give it a few more weeks.

What are the rest of your parameters?

The only test i really havent done is a chlorine. I used tap water with water conditioner I just dont think something is right

I wouldnt use tap water go with RO or DI water you can buy both at the store...Water change's will lower AMO do them weekly 5gallon's.....How long has your tank been up...
Let it run 6-8 week's.Your #'s will be up and down the first 6 week's anyway..Patience is #1 in salt water my friend...
