Default Cloudy Water

About how long does it usually take for the water to lose that cloudy look after initially setting your tank up? Cant even see through to the back side of mine yet but it has only been about 9 hours give or take.

most tanks clear up within 24 hours or so...it depends on how you mixed the salt (either in a bucket seperatly with a PH) or did you mix it direcltly in the tank. Patience is a virtue in this hobby so let time be your friend.

The salt will dissolve and clear up quickly. If you have suspended sand particles, they can take anywhere from 1-7 days to get enought bacteria growth on them to weight them down so that they drop out of the water column.
