Default protein skimmer

I recently purchased a visi jet protein skimmer for a 25 gallon tank. It is blowing a large amount of tiny bubbles into the tank! COuld I have set it up wrong?

Yes this is the dreaded micro bubbles. Some skimmers give this off, you most likely could have it set up wrong.

I though bubbles are good for the fishes because they aerate the water. How could they be deleterious to fish health?

Default I think I have those little bubbles too??

My tank is new and has just finished cycling and we have 3 fish just added yesterday. I thought it was a lot of little debri floating around, but I think they are very tiny little bubbles...all over. Is this dangerous to the fish? How do I stop this. Before we added the fish, it was not doing this. I have a 60 gal tank and my filter is an emperor 400.
