Default 90 Gallon Build!

Okay im down-sizing my aquarium from a 150 gallon non reef ready to a 90 gallon reef ready. all this will start next friday night. Im doing a trade with my local LFS his 90 gallon reef ready and stand for my 150 and stand. I will be running a sump rated at 300 GPH, an auto top off, auto feeder (Only feeding pellets once a day) its mostly for when i go out of town, Two Korlia powerheads and my current light with Two Halides, 4 65 Wt. acitic and 6 led moon lights, a 3 inch sand bed. I will be transfering the 10 Corals i currently have, 11 fish, 20 snails, 20 blue leg hermits and a cleaner shrimp and HOPEFULLY i dont loose anything in the process. i will post pics as it comes along if anyone has any tips on how to trasfer as quick and with as little stress on my fish as possible it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, if your using existing sand, live rock and possibly bio wheel, your tank will be fish ready much sooner, barring your water parameters of course.

About your lighting, have you thought about possiby swithing from 4 actinics to 2 blues and 2 actincs? The blue spectrum adds so much more than the purplish actinics....

Good luck tho and i hope it all works out well.... I'm sure it will.

Is the 3" sand bed existing or is that going to be new LS sand in the new tank? Either way there could be some concerns.

Good luck with the new tank!
