Default Lighting while cycling/setting up

While I'm starting the cycling with live sand and live rock, what do I want to do for the lighting? I'm not sure if I'm going to pick up some live rock that already has the coraline alge built up.

I read about using blue acentic 13 hours a day untill the coraline algea is formed on GARF.
Do I want to run the daylight spectrum lighting for a portion of this time as well?

When everything is up and running what are the recomended time intervals/overlaps for running the acentic and daylight spectrum lighting?

Are lunar lights standard LED's? Blue? Red? White? I'd rather set something up myself than pay 12-20 times as much to buy prefabbed.

72 gallon bow with compact flourescent, dual bulbs, 3 or 4 fixtures. I'll have to check the wattage. I want to say 60 each, but that seems low.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm ....Well from what iv seen and done...I wouldnt use any lighting until it's (the rock) is done cycleing.....
My lighting is on timer's. My blue atinic's come on 7am..Then at 8am my day light's kick on....Then at 7pm the day light's go off...Then 8 pm light's are all off....12 hour cycle...It's all up to you and when you want your light's on/off....
As for Blue lunar lighting you can if (you) want leave on 24/7 all day all night....When all your lighting goes off .if you have a sump you can have lighting over it also. But when tank light's go off have the lighting on the sump turn on half hour before main tank light's go off ....Then have light over sump turn off half hour after main lighting come's on...I hope i didnt confuse you or mix you up.....Sorry if i did....
And it doesnt sound like your lighting is strong enough..You need 4-6 watt's per gallon for reef tank's ...6 watt's for sps coral's
