Default Not Really A Newbie Just Kinda Startin Over

OK so here is my story some of you may rember me i use to post here alot. I have a 55 gallon tank that currently has 40 pounds of LR and live sand. I am running a proclear 75 sump with a coralife superskimmer and a fluval 204 to polish my water. LOng story short i was not really maintaning my tank the salinty was @ 130 the nitrates adn everything else never tested two crazy i think becasue of the small bioload. I gave away all of my zoa frags adn my leather before the water got too bad. I now have 2 green chromis 2 pink bar gobys and i true perc. I want to get a school of chromis and a pair of percs. I am not doing any of this until my levels test ok for a few weeks and i am going to be QT any new additions as i always have. My questions are
1. should i just ad the additional chromis i want to add or try and catch the 2 i have and add all new ones.
2. the same question with the perc should i just add one more or try and cathc and add 2

Once your parameters are good, just add the additional ones. There isn't a need to remove the current ones.
