| There should be bubbles. Something like this pic, mine doesn't fill up this much, but has a good amount coming out of it.. http://www.rl180reef.com/180/pages/h...ection-cup.jpg I don't know the reason yours is dilling with water but I am sure others may be able help. ![]()
