My question is similar to one of the others but i need a clear answer....
Should there be water in the collection cup on my skimmer? Or just bubbles

There should be bubbles.
Something like this pic, mine doesn't fill up this much, but has a good amount coming out of it..

I don't know the reason yours is dilling with water but I am sure others may be able help.
