Default moving up (a little)

I currently have a 20g with a 15g fuge.I've got a 30g with a 20g sump/fuge set up.I want to transfer the 20g to the 30g.I was thinking of cycling the 30g for 4-6weeks.(water&sand only).About week 4 do a 25% water change on the 20g.Week 6 remove about 20gallons from the 30,and replace it with 20 from the 20g setup.Then acclimate and move it over.Does this correct?

Looking at it i dont see a problem. That way you will be assured there are not going to be any parameter differences.
