Default heater broke!!

Hey guys...my heater broke last night so I bought a new one this afternoon but the temp dropped from 79 to 70 before I got a new heater in. My corals all pulled in and my colt coral turned purple instead of pink. The temp is slowly rising back but the corals havent changed much. Will they be okay?? I hope they dont die from this one day temp drop.

Default Re: heater broke!!

they shouldnt sometimes the temp drops lower than that during shipping. this is one reason why i love Metal halides my heater keeps my tank at just about 80 at night and then when the lights come on the heater goes off and it usually only goes up to about 81-82 during the day.
